Coconut Potato Curry

  • Serves: 3 people
  • Prep Time: 40 minutes



  1. In a large pan heat 1/8 cup of oil and season with salt and black pepper, add your onions and whole cinnamon and pantry until slightly browned.
  2. Add your potatoes and spices, garlic and ginger paste and toast lightly until aromatic and flavorful.
  3. Add your liquids and allow potatoes to cook until soft and , mash them lightly, re-check seasoning and serve hot with chapati, or steamed white rice.
