- In a large pan heat 1/8 cup of oil and season with salt and black pepper, add your onions and whole cinnamon and pantry until slightly browned.
- Add your potatoes and spices, garlic and ginger paste and toast lightly until aromatic and flavorful.
- Add your liquids and allow potatoes to cook until soft and , mash them lightly, re-check seasoning and serve hot with chapati, or steamed white rice.
