Coconut Sobo

  • Serves: 2 People
  • Prep Time: 20 minutes



  1. Melt the butter in a hot sauce pan and cook your onion until slightly browned, add your garlic paste and allow to become aromatic.
  2. Add your Sobo and allow too wilt, add your coconut milk shortly after. Allow to thicken and then serve.
  3. Serve hot with rice or ugali.
