Coconut Spicy Rice

  • Serves: 3
  • Prep Time: 40 minutes



  1. In a pan heat 3 tablespoons of oil and fry the onions until browning begins.
  2. Add the spices and allow to toast lightly.
  3. Add coconut milk and allow to heat through and bubble down for about 7 minutes.
  4. Add rice and toss evenly until rice is heated through.
