Coconut & Strawberry Pound Cake

  • Serves: 4 people
  • Prep Time: 45 minutes



  1. In a large bowl mix your egg, oil, sugar and 1 cup of coconut milk and whisk until dissolved. Add your baking powder and mix well.
  2. Add your flour and incorporate, add your other cup of coconut milk and strawberries and incorporate well.
  3. Pour into a silicone mould and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes, remove and allow to cool then serve.
