- In a large pan heat the butter, add 1 tablespoon of oil then panfry the onions, bacon, sweet corn and mixed dried herbs.
- Cook for 15 minutes until aromatic.
- Add garlic paste and fry for 5 minutes, add the flour and allow to toast for 10 minutes.
- Add the milk and the water and allow to thicken, add the cooking cream and heat through.
- Serve Hot.
