- Heat oil in a large pan and cook the onions until translucent add the leek, capsicum and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Add the chicken cube and the sweet corn and cook for 10 minutes before adding your brocccoli and a quater cup of water.
- After everything has heated through and the wtaer has evaporated, add your portion of steamed rice and allow to heat.
- Serve hot
