Corn Rice

  • Serves: 5 people
  • Prep Time: 35 minutes



  1. Heat oil in a large pan and cook the onions until translucent add the leek, capsicum and cook for another 10 minutes.
  2. Add the chicken cube and the sweet corn and cook for 10 minutes before adding your brocccoli and a quater cup of water.
  3. After everything has heated through and the wtaer has evaporated, add your portion of steamed rice and allow to heat.
  4. Serve hot
