Cream and Herb Beef

  • Serves: 3 people
  • Prep Time: 40 minutes

Directions

  1. In a large pan heat 1/8 cup of oil and panfry your potatoes for 5 minutes, shortly after add your beef and onions and panfry for 10 minutes.
  2. Add your chopped garlic and remove the leaves of 1 rosemary spring, place the other one in the middle of the pan.
  3. Add your cooking cream and water and allow to cook for 20 minutes on low heat.
  4. Sprinkle your parsley just before serving.
