- Prep Time: 40 minutes
- In a large pan heat 1/8 cup of oil and panfry your potatoes for 5 minutes, shortly after add your beef and onions and panfry for 10 minutes.
- Add your chopped garlic and remove the leaves of 1 rosemary spring, place the other one in the middle of the pan.
- Add your cooking cream and water and allow to cook for 20 minutes on low heat.
- Sprinkle your parsley just before serving.
