Cream of onion soup

  • Serves: 4 people
  • Prep Time: 30 minutes



  1. In a large pan melt your butter together, pan-fry your onions for 10 minutes until slightly browned.
  2. Add your garlic pate and flour and cook on low heat for 5 minutes, add the water and allow to come to the boil.
  3. Correct seasoning, add cream bring to the boil one more time, and serve hot.
