- Prep Time: 45 minutes
- In a large pot heat 1/8 cup of oil and fry the onions until translucent.
- Add tomato paste, chicken cubes, coriander stalks and garlic paste and fry on low for 15 minutes.
- Add tomatoes and fry for another 10 minutes before adding water to cover.
- Simmer for 30 minutes then add the cooking cream before blending.
- After blending serve hot.
