Cream Of Tomato Soup

Directions

  1. In a large pot heat 1/8 cup of oil and fry the onions until translucent.
  2. Add tomato paste, chicken cubes, coriander stalks and garlic paste and fry on low for 15 minutes.
  3. Add tomatoes and fry for another 10 minutes before adding water to cover.
  4. Simmer for 30 minutes then add the cooking cream before blending.
  5. After blending serve hot.
