Creamy Eggs in Spinach

  1. In a large pan heat 1 tablespoon of oil and 1 tablespoon of butter and add onions and pantry lightly. add your garlic and spinach and sautee.
  2. Add cream and season lightly, break your eggs over and add your cheese slices over and allow to melt.
  3. Serve hot and on toast.
