Creamy Fish Pasta

  • Serves: 3 people
  • Prep Time: 35 minutes



  1. In a hot pan heat a 5 tablespoons of oil and pan fry the fish until cooked, remove from pan and set aside.
  2. In the same pan melt the butter and add the onion and fry until slightly browned, add the garlic and fry.
  3. Add the cream, fish and parsley, toss lightly ensuring its lightly coated with the sauce, add the pasta and lemon juice and toss evenly.
  4. Serve immediately.
