- In a hot pan heat a 5 tablespoons of oil and pan fry the fish until cooked, remove from pan and set aside.
- In the same pan melt the butter and add the onion and fry until slightly browned, add the garlic and fry.
- Add the cream, fish and parsley, toss lightly ensuring its lightly coated with the sauce, add the pasta and lemon juice and toss evenly.
- Serve immediately.
