Creamy Mashed Black Beans

Get adventurous with your Njahi and try this yummy Creamy Njahi Mash recipe 



  1. Melt the butter in a pot, add the onion and fry, add a pinch of salt and a pinch of black pepper
  2. Allow to cook down until its begins to brown
  3. Add boiled njahi and allow to heat through
  4. Add a quarter cup of water and allow njahi to re-boil
  5. Slightly cook until water has evaporated
  6. Add the cream and mash together.
