Creamy Oregano Potatoes

A game-night favorite



  1. Heat 4 tablespoons of oil add onions and potatoes allow to cook until potatoes start to look translucent
  2. Add half a cup of water and allow to boil for about 15-20 min
  3. Let water evaporate add oregano, and coat evenly and fry for another 5 mins.
  4. Add quarter cup of milk and allow to reduce and thicken until evenly coated serve hot
