- In a large pan melt 1 tablespoon of butter and pan fry your onions and your capsicum until slightly browned.
- Add your garlic paste and fry until slightly aromatic, add your pesto sauce and fry until aromatic , add your milk, pasta water and cooking cream.
- Allow to come to the boil, add your spaghetti and incorporate well into the sauce.
- Correct seasoning and serve hot.
