- In a large sauce pan melt your butter and cook your red onions until translucent, add your spring onions shortly after and cook for 7 minutes
- Add your mushrooms and allow to wilt lightly before adding your garlic paste and cook until aromatic.
- Add your milk cream and pasta water, allow to heat through and come to the boil, add your prawns and a generous amount of black pepper.
- Squeeze in your lemon and mix well, shortly after add your spaghetti and mix well, season evenly and serve.
