Creamy Prawn Pasta

  • Serves: 4 people
  • Prep Time: 30 minutes



  1. In a large sauce pan melt your butter and cook your red onions until translucent, add your spring onions shortly after and cook for 7 minutes
  2. Add your mushrooms and allow to wilt lightly before adding your garlic paste and cook until aromatic.
  3. Add your milk cream and pasta water, allow to heat through and come to the boil, add your prawns and a generous amount of black pepper.
  4. Squeeze in your lemon and mix well, shortly after add your spaghetti and mix well, season evenly and serve.
