Cucumber Chutney

  • Prep Time: 15 minutes



  1. In a small pot heat the oil and cook your onions until browned, add your garlic paste and spices and toast lightly for 10 minutes.
  2. Pour in your tomatoes shortly after then add the other ingredients and mix well.
  3. Allow to rest lightly before serving.
  4. Serve with spring rolls and samosas.
