Egg and Cheese Sandwich

  • Prep Time: 15 minutes



  1. Using a glass bowl, cut out the one circle at the centre of the bread and discard the centre part or eat it.
  2. In a hot pan, heat 3 tablespoons of oil and add your bread, break the eggs in the centre part of the cut out and turn the heat to low and allow to cook slowly
  3. Turn the bread and add 2 slices of cheese and the tomatoes on one side and allow the cheese to melt.
  4. Place the other slice on top after cheese has melted and serve hot.
