Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth
  2. Shape mix into patties or small balls and place on a floured surface .
  3. Pan fry or deep fry patties or balls until golden brown.
  4. You can dry further in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
  5. Serve hot with kachumbari or plain youghurt.
