- In a large pot melt your butter and cook your onions until translucent and slightly browned, add your chicken cube and mix well.
- Add flour and mix evenly until slightly aromatic. Add the water and mix and allow to come to the boil.
- Correct seasoning, add vegetables, simmer on low until vegetables are cooked.
- Add your lemon and mustard mix well and serve
