Farmers Soup

  • Serves: 3 people
  • Prep Time: 30 minutes



  1. In a large pot melt your butter and cook your onions until translucent and slightly browned, add your chicken cube and mix well.
  2. Add flour and mix evenly until slightly aromatic. Add the water and mix and allow to come to the boil.
  3. Correct seasoning, add vegetables, simmer on low until vegetables are cooked.
  4. Add your lemon and mustard mix well and serve
