Fiery Tomato Dip

  1. In a small pot heat the oil and your red onion and cook until slightly translucent .Shortly after, add your spring onion.
  2. Add your chicken cube, garlic paste and cayenne pepper and cook on low for 5 minutes then add your blended tomatoes.
  3. Bring to the boil or a simmer, add your ketchup and mix well, add your coriander and mix well.
  4. Serve immediately with a biting of your choice.
