- In a small pot heat the oil and your red onion and cook until slightly translucent .Shortly after, add your spring onion.
- Add your chicken cube, garlic paste and cayenne pepper and cook on low for 5 minutes then add your blended tomatoes.
- Bring to the boil or a simmer, add your ketchup and mix well, add your coriander and mix well.
- Serve immediately with a biting of your choice.
