- Heat a 6 tablespoon of oil and fry your whole spices and ensure you don't burn them add 2 cups of boiling water and your rice, let your rice cook and set aside.
- FOR BIRIANI
- In a large pan heat 1/8 cup of oil and pan-fry your onions, add your spices, garlic paste and toast slightly add your tomatoes and allow to cook.
- Add your coconut milk, coriander and yogurt season well, and add your fish and allow to cook slightly for 15 minutes.
- Layer with rice and fish until the top and serve hot.
