  1. FOR RICE
  2. Heat a 6 tablespoon of oil and fry your whole spices and ensure you don't burn them add 2 cups of boiling water and your rice, let your rice cook and set aside.
  3. FOR BIRIANI
  4. In a large pan heat 1/8 cup of oil and pan-fry your onions, add your spices, garlic paste and toast slightly add your tomatoes and allow to cook.
  5. Add your coconut milk, coriander and yogurt season well, and add your fish and allow to cook slightly for 15 minutes.
  6. Layer with rice and fish until the top and serve hot.
