Fruity Seed Muffins

  • Serves: 8-10 people
  • Prep Time: 35 minutes



  1. In a large bowl mash your mangoes and bananas, add your eggs, sugar, oil and baking powder and incorporate well.
  2. Add your flour ontop and mix well ensuring no lumps are formed. Add your seeds and mix well.
  3. Place into cup cake molds and bake each set for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
  4. Remove and chill and serve.
