- Serves: 8-10 people
- Prep Time: 35 minutes
- In a large bowl mash your mangoes and bananas, add your eggs, sugar, oil and baking powder and incorporate well.
- Add your flour ontop and mix well ensuring no lumps are formed. Add your seeds and mix well.
- Place into cup cake molds and bake each set for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Remove and chill and serve.
