Garden Peas Rice (Risi Bisi)

  • Serves: 3 people
  • Prep Time: 20 minutes



  1. In a large sauce pan heat the butter and start by pan frying the onions until translucent, add garlic and garden peas and the water.
  2. Allow water to cook down ensuring the garden peas is cooked through, add the rice and mix evenly until fully heated through.
  3. Mix evenly and add the herbs just before serving.
