Garlic and cheese Bread

  • Serves: 4 people
  • Prep Time: 15 minutes

If the size of your baguette wont fit into your oven, cut it in half for ease and to allow the heat to circulate evenly.



  1. Pound the garlic in a motor and pestle then add herbs, incorporate the mix into the softened butter
  2. Slice the baguette length wise and spread the herb and garlic butter on the inside and add the grated cheese.
  3. Wrap the baguette in foil and bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
  4. Serve immediately.
