- Start by marinating tilapia with garlic and lemon salt and pepper, set aside for 10 minutes
- In a hot pan heat 4 tablespoons of olive oil and place the tilapia.
- On the side facing up sprinkle coriander on each side and allow to cook for 7 minutes before turning.
- Turn tilapia and do the same on the the other side.
- Check if tilapia has cooked through by checking the resilience of the flesh.
