Garlic & Coriander Wedges

  • Serves: 2 people
  • Prep Time: 25 minutes



  1. Blanch your potato wedges in the boiling water and set aside.
  2. Heat your 1.5 litre oil and deep fry the potatoes until slightly browned and crispy, set them aside.
  3. In a large pan melt your butter, add your garlic paste, season the garlic and butter mix and cook until aromatic, add your coriander and mix lightly.
  4. Add your potato wedges and toss well. Serve hot.
