- Prep Time: 25 minutes
- Heat 4 tablespoons of oil and fry the onions until slightly browned.
- Add your gizzards and garlic and fry for 10 minutes allowing them to get aliitle browning.
- Add the tomatoes and an 1/8 cup of water.
- Allow to cook until water has evaporated and has thickened and then sprinkle your coriander and serve.
