Gizzard Wet Fry

  • Serves: 2 People
  • Prep Time: 25 minutes



  1. Heat 4 tablespoons of oil and fry the onions until slightly browned.
  2. Add your gizzards and garlic and fry for 10 minutes allowing them to get aliitle browning.
  3. Add the tomatoes and an 1/8 cup of water.
  4. Allow to cook until water has evaporated and has thickened and then sprinkle your coriander and serve.
