Healthy Baked Potato wedges

  • Prep Time: 1 hour



  1. Blanch your wedges in salted water for about 15 minutes.
  2. Remove from water and season with 4 tablespoons of oil, the spices and the herbs and mix evenly.
  3. Place onto baking tray and bake for 40 minutes until crispy and brown.
  4. Serve hot
