Healthy Banana Squares

  1. In a large bowl crush your bananas and mix with your peanut butter until a smooth consistency is attained.
  2. Add your oatmeal and mix well, grease the inside of a ceramic dish and add your oatmeal banana mix.
  3. Flatten with a cup and do the same after sprinkling the other nuts.
  4. Bake in a hot oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove allow to cool and cut into squares.
