Healthy Steamed Fish and Veg

  • Serves: 1 person
  • Prep Time: 35 minutes



  1. Mix your lemon, coriander, garlic and zest, place your fish on a large piece of aluminium foil and season with slat and pepper.
  2. Pour over the marinade, wrap up the fish, in the foil and place on a strainer hanging over boiling water.
  3. Cover and allow to steam for 25 minutes.
  4. Open and serve with veggies.
