- Mix your lemon, coriander, garlic and zest, place your fish on a large piece of aluminium foil and season with slat and pepper.
- Pour over the marinade, wrap up the fish, in the foil and place on a strainer hanging over boiling water.
- Cover and allow to steam for 25 minutes.
- Open and serve with veggies.
