Home-made Chilli

  • Prep Time: 30 minutes



  1. In a large pan heat the oil and cook the onions until translucent, add garlic, red chili and spices and cook down for 6 minutes
  2. Add ginger paste and mix well, add your tomato paste and mix in and lower the heat and allow to become browned lightly.
  3. Add your tomatoes and season with 2 generous pinch of salt, cook down until slightly broken down, place in a blender and whizz.
  4. Store in the fridge.
