- In a sauce pan add the sesame oil and allow to heat.
- Mix in the garlic and ginger paste and fry slightly until golden.
- Add the soy sauce and allow to bubble down for about a minute and a half.
- Add the honey and once a syrup consistency is attained add the chicken wings and toss and ensure they are coated evenly.
- Cook further until sticky consistency is attained.
- Serve hot.
