- Prep Time: 1 hour 10 minutes
- Whisk eggs, cooking oil and honey thoroughly.
- combine all the dry ingredients together and create a well in the center.
- combine wet and dry by pouring them into the well and whisk thoroughly so no lumps form
- place into a baking tin or ceramic square dish and bake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees
- Cool for 20 minutes, and then cut into squares.
