Honey Soy Fish

  • Serves: 2 People
  • Prep Time: 25 minutes



  1. In a large pan, heat 1 tablespoon of regular oil and the 2 tablespons sesame oil, pan fry your chilli, add the onions and fry until slightly browned.
  2. At this point lower the heat and add all the other ingredients except the fish.
  3. Mix evenly add your fish and cover and allow to steam on low with the pan covered.
  4. Turn the fish once and allow the other side to gain colour and then serve.
