- In a large pan, heat 1 tablespoon of regular oil and the 2 tablespons sesame oil, pan fry your chilli, add the onions and fry until slightly browned.
- At this point lower the heat and add all the other ingredients except the fish.
- Mix evenly add your fish and cover and allow to steam on low with the pan covered.
- Turn the fish once and allow the other side to gain colour and then serve.
