- In a pot heat 1/8 cup of oil and pan fry your chicken until fully sealed, add your onions garlic and ginger paste and fry for 15 minutes.
- Add the other ingredients and a 1/4 cup of water and cover and allow the bok choy to wilt for 7 minutes.
- Having wilted and stalks cooked, serve hot.
