How To Make Egg Pasta

  • Prep Time: 15 minutes



  1. After boiling your pasta, take 1/2 cup of the pasta water and set it aside.
  2. In a large pan heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil and pan fry your onion until slightly browned.
  3. Add the garlic and allow to toast lightly for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the eggs and scramble until seperated and cooked, add your pasta and toss in the eggs.
  5. Add the pasta water and toss further, allow to evaporate and then serve hot.
