Ice-cream Cake

  • Serves: 4 people
  • Prep Time: 4h 30 minutes



  1. In a loaf tin, line with foil or clingfilm, slice your vanilla loaf into three horizontally. Place one piece at the base.
  2. Place your vanilla icecream in the centre and place the other slice of the loaf over, add the chocolate chip cookie ice cream.
  3. Sprinkle the almond flakes over and cover with the last piece, wrap it up and freeze for 4 hours.
  4. Remove, slice and serve with more ice cream or whipped cream.
