- In a loaf tin, line with foil or clingfilm, slice your vanilla loaf into three horizontally. Place one piece at the base.
- Place your vanilla icecream in the centre and place the other slice of the loaf over, add the chocolate chip cookie ice cream.
- Sprinkle the almond flakes over and cover with the last piece, wrap it up and freeze for 4 hours.
- Remove, slice and serve with more ice cream or whipped cream.
