Kiddie Potatoes in Eggs

  • Serves: 3 people
  • Prep Time: 20 minutes



  1. In a large pan melt your butter and add 2 tablespoons of oil and panfry yopur potatoes until slightly browned, add your onions shortly after add your capsicum and cook for 5 minutes.
  2. After that add a 1/4 cup of water and allow to evaporate, add your garlic paste, tomato paste and mix evenly unttil combined, add your ketchup and cooking cream mix well.
  3. Add your beaten eggs and scramble until eggs are fully cooked and combined. Aloow to cool sightly and then serve.
