- In a large pan melt your butter and add 2 tablespoons of oil and panfry yopur potatoes until slightly browned, add your onions shortly after add your capsicum and cook for 5 minutes.
- After that add a 1/4 cup of water and allow to evaporate, add your garlic paste, tomato paste and mix evenly unttil combined, add your ketchup and cooking cream mix well.
- Add your beaten eggs and scramble until eggs are fully cooked and combined. Aloow to cool sightly and then serve.
