Kiddie Sausage and Bacon Stew

  • Serves: 3 people
  • Prep Time: 30 minutes



  1. In a large pot heat 3 tablespoons of oil and panfry your onions until they're slightly browned, add your bacon and fry further for 5 minutes.
  2. Add your sausages so they can firm up before adding the garlic and tomato paste, stir this until combined and aromatic.
  3. Add your tomato ragu, milk and a cup of water, bring to boil, season ligtly and allow to reduce for about 10 minutes before adding your carrots and another cup of water.
  4. Correct seasoning and then serve.
