- In a large pot heat 3 tablespoons of oil and panfry your onions until they're slightly browned, add your bacon and fry further for 5 minutes.
- Add your sausages so they can firm up before adding the garlic and tomato paste, stir this until combined and aromatic.
- Add your tomato ragu, milk and a cup of water, bring to boil, season ligtly and allow to reduce for about 10 minutes before adding your carrots and another cup of water.
- Correct seasoning and then serve.
