Kienyeji Chicken Curry



    1. In a large pan heat the oil until slightly browned add your spices and ginger paste and mix well ensuring all are incorporated.
    2. Shortlyafter add your kienyeji chicken, water and blended tomatoes and bring to the boil and allow to cook down for 20 minutes on medium heat.
    3. Shortly after, the whole solution has reduced add your coconut milk , and allow to thicken. Serve hot with steamed rice.
