- Heat 4 tablespoons of oil and pan fry each side of the chicken thighs until browned on each side, set aside.
- Lower the heat and add butter and the flour to the pan and cook down for 3 minutes, and add dry herbs and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Add milk and allow to thicken add chicken and a quarter cup of water and allow to cook till done.
- Allow to reduce and thicken until evenly coated serve hot.
