Kuku Maziwa

  • Serves: 3 people
  • Prep Time: 45 minutes



  1. Heat 4 tablespoons of oil and pan fry each side of the chicken thighs until browned on each side, set aside.
  2. Lower the heat and add butter and the flour to the pan and cook down for 3 minutes, and add dry herbs and cook for another 2 minutes.
  3. Add milk and allow to thicken add chicken and a quarter cup of water and allow to cook till done.
  4. Allow to reduce and thicken until evenly coated serve hot.
