- FOR BOILING
- Pan fry the onions for 10 minutes until translucent add the lamb and a generous pinch of salt. Cover with water and boil until water has evaporated.
- FOR WET FRY
- Start by pan frying the onions until they start browning
- Add the tomatoes until they start softening add the boiled lamb and coriander. Allow to cook for 10 minutes.
- Serve with ugali or rice.
