Lamb wet fry

  1. FOR BOILING
  2. Pan fry the onions for 10 minutes until translucent add the lamb and a generous pinch of salt. Cover with water and boil until water has evaporated.
  3. FOR WET FRY
  4. Start by pan frying the onions until they start browning
  5. Add the tomatoes until they start softening add the boiled lamb and coriander. Allow to cook for 10 minutes.
  6. Serve with ugali or rice.
