Leek and Potato soup

  • Serves: 4 people
  • Prep Time: 56 minutes



  1. Melt the butter in a hot pot, add the onions until translucent add the leeks and garlic paste and allow to cook through for 15 minutes.
  2. Add the potatoes, coriander stalks and cook for 10 minutes, cover with water and allow to cook until potatoes are cooked.
  3. Add cream and blend, serve hot.
  4. For an extra kick sprinkle some spanish paprika
