- Melt the butter in a hot pot, add the onions until translucent add the leeks and garlic paste and allow to cook through for 15 minutes.
- Add the potatoes, coriander stalks and cook for 10 minutes, cover with water and allow to cook until potatoes are cooked.
- Add cream and blend, serve hot.
- For an extra kick sprinkle some spanish paprika
