Leftover Rice Salad

  • Serves: 2 People
  • Prep Time: 15 minutes



  1. In small pot combine spring onion, garlic paste and olive oil and heat through on low for about a minute and a half
  2. In a bowl incorporate the rice and other ingredients and mix evenly, remove onion garlic mixture from the heat and pour into rice and mix evenly.
  3. Serve Chilled
