Lemon and Butter Red Snapper

  • Serves: 3 people
  • Prep Time: 30 minutes



  1. In a large pan add 2 tablespoons of oil and melt the butter in it, season with salt and start to panfry your red snapper.
  2. turn after the first side has browned, ad your garlic cloves and baste the fish with the butter.
  3. Squeeze in your lemon over the fish and baste again, serve hot with a salad.
