- In a large bowl mix in the corn oil, water and eggs and mix well, add the strawberries and mix agian.
- Place cupcake moulds in a cup cake tin and pour a teaspoon of oats at the base.
- Pour in some cake mix and add some more oats on top.
- Bake in a hot oven of 18 degrees for 25 minutes. allow to cool slightly and serve.
