Lyonnaise Potatoes

  • Serves: 2 people
  • Prep Time: 45 Minutes



  1. Panfry the onions in a pan until golden brown.
  2. Add sliced potatoes and allow to fry until translucent ring forms
  3. Add the quarter cup of water and allow to bubble down until potatoes a cooked through.
  4. Fry for another 7 -8 min to allow to brown a little, serve hot
