- In a sauce pot add the water and leave it on low heat, throw in the cinnamon and cardamom and allow to simmer until you are left with a cup of water. Remove whole spices and set aside.
- Mix the wimbi flour with some cold water and allow to become smooth to avoid lumps
- Heat the flavoured water solution until it begins to boil and mix in your wimbi continuously as you allow to thicken,
- Add the coconut milk and allow to heat through.
- Serve Hot.
