Magical Wimbi Uji

  • Prep Time: 15 minutes



  1. In a sauce pot add the water and leave it on low heat, throw in the cinnamon and cardamom and allow to simmer until you are left with a cup of water. Remove whole spices and set aside.
  2. Mix the wimbi flour with some cold water and allow to become smooth to avoid lumps
  3. Heat the flavoured water solution until it begins to boil and mix in your wimbi continuously as you allow to thicken,
  4. Add the coconut milk and allow to heat through.
  5. Serve Hot.
