- Panfry Onions until translucent add the spicy green paste and allow to brown slightly.

- Add the three tomatoes, roughly chopped and add them fry until tomatoes are soft add 1 ½ cups of water and simmer on low for 35 min.
- When matoke has cooked through add the chopped coriander
