Mixed Veg Salad

  1. In a large pot add 2 generous pinches of salt and boiling water, blanch your mixed vegetables for 7-10 minutes and remove and refresh with cold water.
  2. Place in a bowl and add all the other ingredients and mix well and serve chilled.
